Basic Summary of tinyuploads guidelines.

Do not upload anything that can mistaken for or miss understood as porn, copyrighted material, harassment, or pointless spam. If you do, this can and will result in a permanent disbarment from the uses of tinyuploads and its services. Please be smart about what you choose to upload, you own the product once your upload it, no one else is responsible.

Files & Content Self Ownership.

The content and or files that you distribute through the tinyuploads Network is owned by you, and you give tinyuploads permission to display and distribute said content exclusively on the tinyuploads Network.

You may revoke this permission at any time by requesting your content to be removed. Such requests will be processed within a maximum period of 48 hours (but usually as short as one hour). You may request deletion and/or mark your content private through our sites' user interfaces After your request is processed, tinyuploads will cease distribution of your content within a maximum period of 48 hours (but usually as short as 6 hours) and will absolve itself of any ownership of said content, implied or otherwise.

tinyuploads will not sell or distribute your content to third parties or affiliates without your permission. Third parties may exercise the following options regarding your content:

• Third parties may hyperlink to the page that displays your content on the tinyuploads website or database without modification and with proper credit to you.
• Third parties may request permission to use your content by contacting you directly.

All requests for permission regarding your content usage directed at tinyuploads will be forwarded to you. All uploaded content is copyrighted to its respective owners.

Abuse (Including but not limited to: Insulting of another person or persons and or company)

The following types of content constitute "abuse" and may not be uploaded or distributed through the tinyuploads Network:

• Pornographic content. This includes, but is not limited to, content depicting genitalia, nudity, or sexual situations. Even if the content is self-covered by the user, some images may be deemed a violation of tinyuploads and its guidelines! This will result in a movement of the image from the site, and a possible violation of suspension of our website for that specific user.
• Content that is illegal and/or violates of any United States laws most notably illegal software or file sharing
• Content that violates copyrights held on said content.
• Non-image or non-video content. This includes archived non-image content.
• Content intended to harass or threaten any person, persons or companies directly.
• Content used to promote, spam, or send unsolicited marketing messages. We are not meant for advertisement or harassment of companies and or other websites.
• Uploading abusive content may result in the immediate termination of your ability to use the tinyuploads services. All abusive content will be subject to deletion. Circumventing tinyuploads ability to enforce the tinyuploads Terms of Service will result in prosecution.

tinyuploads reserves the right to remove any content, and may replace any content without any explanation. In most cases we will notify the users: but we are not governed to do so. We have the legal right to refuse our services to anyone, at any given time.

Any domain hot linking to abusive content will have that content subject to removal.

All information provided by you to tinyuploads is strictly confidential. tinyuploads will never release any personal information about you without your permission. However, tinyuploads reserves the right to release your information if you have violated the tinyuploads Terms of Service, or if the information is subpoenaed.

tinyuploads uses third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the tinyuploads Services. These companies may use aggregated non-personally-identifiable demographic information provided by you to display advertisements regarding goods and services of interest to you.

In no event shall tinyuploads be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the tinyuploads Services or any content thereon. This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury, whether for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, caused by any failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; computer virus; file corruption; communication-line failure; network or system outage; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to,

Maintenance & Unforeseen Circumstances

tinyuploads may perform maintenance services as it determines reasonably necessary. This can include server upgrades, or server cleaning etc. You acknowledge that such maintenance may require downtime. Please be advised that during this downtime we are not responsible for your images not being able to be displayed. All users that visit frequently will receive a notice stating the time and date and the duration of tinyuploads downtime. We are not responsible if any of your images or hosting goes down due to unforeseen circumstances.

Subscription

If you purchase a subscription to any service provided by tinyuploads, and no longer wish to keep it, Please give tinyuploads adequate time to cancel the order. You will be canceled and no longer billed. Any violations or errors on our part will result in a refund of the amount over billed.

Miscellaneous

Changing tinyuploads linking codes is prohibited without prior permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for taking reasonable measures to prevent others from gaining access to your accounts.

Hosting Disclaimer

As respects to our hosting company, they are not liable nor held accountable for anything that is shared or violated with in the legal system on tinyuploads. Any users that are punished on tinyuploads for violation of the TOS are not necessarily in violation and vice versa with our hosting companies and business partners. Our business partners, Hosting partners etc. are not responsible for what any users violates or does on this site.
